Highly polished opal specimen from the Mintabie (South Australia) opal field.
Light opal with orange, green, blue, red colours and a darker part with red, green and blue. Opal thickness 2 to 5mm.
Specimen size 80 x 48 x 135 x 80 x 140mm, thickness 38mm. Weight 622grams.
